Maintenance Planned

Date and Time
The maintenance window is scheduled for Sunday, April 7th, 2024. The maintenance will take a maximum of 10 minutes. We will commence at 8:00 pm CEST and aim to be completed by 8:10 pm CEST at the latest.

We are making additional improvements to the architecture of our database. This is essential to improve the security and performance of our database even further.

During the scheduled maintenance period, users of the Webapp and other Zivver clients will not be able to log in. Users of the Outlook Web Access client will be hindered from sending normal email for the duration of the maintenance. These users are advised to use Outlook Desktop or Mobile if possible, or try again after 8:10 pm.
If you use the Zivver SMTP Gateway for email sending (also applies to DLP Gateway users), you may temporarily be unable to connect to the SMTP gateway via email clients or automated systems. Depending on the (automation) system used, emails may be returned with an error message. Some email systems will also attempt to resend the emails during a set period.

We understand that this may cause inconvenience and apologize in advance for any disruption. However, this maintenance is crucial to ensure the overall performance and security of Zivver.
