After monitoring for 4 days and not seeing any abnormalities, changing status to resolved.

A Root Cause Analysis will be provided this week as soon as possible.

As of 16:40 we stopped throttling logins and received no more info from customers not able to log in.

We have increased capacity on our servers and completed multiple mitigating actions to ensure functionality from multiple angles.

As of now we are monitoring our service very closely but will not call solved until we are sure.

A root-cause-analysis and Post-Mortem will be provided as soon as we are sure we have fixed the issue permanently.
