API Requests failing
The issue was resolved by limiting the amount of resources allowed to work on web socket handling to prevent starvation of other resources. Over the last few days we’ve seen the system is now capable of handling the situation.
We’re monitoring the systems closely as the API is now fully recovered.
We’re seeing high load on our backend infrastructure causing a significant number of requests to fail.
